The primary aim of FitToRoll aim is to act as a counterbalance to Jiu-Jitsu training, and help develop and load the key movements and tissues important in keeping you on the mats. There is nothing worse than having to take time off from the mats due to injury, and unfortunately, the more we train the more likely we are to get injured. Whilst it’s not possible to avoid injury completely, it’s important to try to mitigate the risks by integrating key movements into your training to help develop the qualities important for your longevity on the mats.

Upon purchasing this program you will receive a PDF program detailing 8 weeks of mobility and strength training sessions along with an explanation of how to read and perform the program.

In addition, for both your mobility and strength work, you have full access to a private Informed Performance video library that shows clear demonstrations of how each exercise/mobility flow should be performed.
