Online Personal Coaching

Online Personal Coaching is a monthly subscription service for individuals with clear performance objectives aimed at ensuring they are training effectively, efficiently and technically towards their goals. This package is about building a long-term performance strategy around working towards a specific outcome. These outcomes could be anything from returning to a sport or activity post injury, achieving a specific look or strength goal or peaking for a sporting competition / event.

Once you sign up for your subscription we will arrange an online meeting with you, and at your request, any other coaches, physios etc you are working with, to identify your goals and start the process of developing your plan. From here your training plan will be communicated to you via an online app through which you can feedback back (both written and videos) on your sessions and receive technical feedback on anything you upload.
The frequency and length of sessions, and periodisation of these within the training blocks will be entirely bespoke to you and what is the best fit for your training needs. We can also look to integrate any health and recovery trackers you utilise to help ensure you are recovering well across the week and provide nutritional support as requested.

We believe the success of this package is based on developing a strong coach-athlete relationship and as such we will be there for you everyday to answer questions and provide feedback as we build that relationship and understand more about you and your individual response to training.
