Whether it’s to increase your strength and power, taper for a competition or simply to give your training more direction, the team can provide the right program for you.

Whatever your goal, the team will provide an online consultation, and prescribe an individualised training program specific to you, your training goals and the equipment you have available to you.

Following your purchase, you will be directed to our detailed online consultation form to fully understand your training requirements and objectives, the equipment you have available, what your desired schedule is and any other relevant information (e.g. injury history, individual training preferences). The team may be in touch once submitted for further discussion or clarity, and communicate to you when to expect your program – we always aim to turn this around within 7 days, but can sometimes take longer depending on availability.
Once your program is complete, you will receive a document containing your program, any relevant explanation around rationale and instructions on how to read and complete the program, and will include clear exercise demonstration videos for each exercise. Once received, the team will be happy to answer any questions you may have around your program, and can make some adjustments to your program where appropriate.
You are then ready to start making progress towards your goals!
